Alternate Nostril Breath (Nadi Shodhana Pranayama)

This is a quick tutorial on performing Alternate Nostril Breath. ANB is a great breath technique to quiet the mind and bring you into your body to prepare your being for meditation. Anytime you have a racing mind, try performing this pranayama for 5-10 minutes and notice the mind quieting.
